Wrong size?

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can send your goods back to us using your own postal method and we'll dispatch the replacements.

Damages and issues

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, firstly, we’re sorry! Secondly, we'll be more than happy to fix it - please contact us at info@nodribble.com.au and we will organise your return/exchange asap.

All items for exchange must be in original condition and where applicable, packaging swing tags attached.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

All our products come with Australian Standard warranty. If a product is faulty, we will firstly issue you with a replacement if possible. If you prefer a refund, please mention this to our team at point of contact.

We do not accept refunds for wrong choices or change of mind. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
